What we collect

If you join early access, we store your email address, your platform preference, your consent version and signup time. If you contact support, we store the email address, topic and message you provide. Our hosting and database providers process technical request information to deliver and protect the service.

Why we use it

We use your details to manage the early-access list, answer requests, send Dobbies access and launch updates you requested, and prevent abuse. We don’t sell your email address, and we don’t use advertising trackers on this website.

Where it goes

The website is hosted by Vercel and records are stored in Supabase in the United States. These service providers process data to operate Dobbies. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts. We limit access to stored signup and support information. No calendar, email or social account is connected by joining the early-access list.

Motion and local preferences

The interactive characters can respond to pointer movements or, with your permission, device orientation. Raw sensor readings remain on your device. We save your motion preference locally. All forms work with motion disabled.

Retention and your choices

We retain early-access information while managing the list, until you ask us to remove it or the list is closed. Support requests are retained while needed to resolve and document the request. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe, using the support form. We may need to verify that you own the email address before acting.

Before the app opens

We will explain how group chats, AI processing, shared memories and optional connections are handled before those features are made available. Joining this list does not grant access to your contacts or private accounts.
